Kickoff Week — Hello DECODE!

We gathered around the laptop to watch the DECODE game reveal. Within an hour we were on the whiteboard breaking down scoring, penalties, and end-game options. By Sunday we had three rough strategy options and a paper prototype of an intake.

Highlights this week:

• Watched the game reveal and read the full manual.
• Split into strategy, mechanical, and software sub-teams.
• Built a cardboard scoring goal in the garage for testing reach.
• Set up our shared OneDrive and engineering notebook template.
